My Journey Since Engagement

Dec.25, 2009-- He surprised me with his wedding proposal @ Villa Nenita Resort, Calaca, Batangas. And as I quote from my facebook entry,

Date: December 25, 2009

Sabi nya last year, "2009, this will be our year baby!".

Akala ko matatapos na ang 2009 and yet di pa rin namin year. Yun pala may mas maganda syang plan.

It's truly a Merry Christmas to me. Pano ba naman magiging hindi, eh nung Christmas naging officially engaged na kami.

Sabi nya two months daw ang preparation nila para dito. And when the Big Night came, super successful!

Never akong nagka-idea na on that date sya magpo-propose. Sabi kasi ni Ate Bunso, ung Christmas day daw eh ibigay namin para sa kanya so lahat kami nagpunta sa bahay nila. Nagtataka ko kasi after ng bunutan at konting picturan eh uwian na agad. That's not the usual Sacdalan gathering so naghanap pa ko ng inuman and more picturan. Aba,wala talaga. Uwian na nga. So niyaya ko pa si Marky na mag-stroll. Tapos biglang "tumawag" si Kuya Joseph para sabihing nasa resort daw sila. So sumunod kami, and ayun, pag-open ng gate ng resort, nakita ko na ang mga lighted candles and loose petals around plus may Moon River background song pa. Then nakita ko na ang mga pinsan nya, so ayoko na pumasok... I then knew na magpo-propose na sya kasi ung mga pinsan nya nakasuot ng tshirt na "WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

Waaah! Naiyak na lang ako kasi Wala akong Make-up at di man lang ako nakapag-dress. Ang panget ko tuloy sa pictures. Buti na lang nag-sapatos ako..

And finally, after a year we got married. That was December 16, 2010 :)

 

And as months passed by, here we are, so happy and contented from being Mrs. Villamar.

FOURTH WEDDING MONTHSARY

Four months have gone too fast and from the moment that we became together, nothing has changed the way we are happy by each other's side. If there's something that's changed, it's our love that grows more and more.

I salute you for loving me so much despite my weaknesses. For the past years, I'm never afraid to show you who really I am coz I know that you'll still even love me more. I love you so much and marrying you is the best decision that I've ever done in my entire life. I'm not scared to lose my career in exchange to be with you everyday. That's how much I want our marriage to work.
